Fit-out works – Alphagon Office Building

The Alphagon Office building was built in 2019-2020. The building is prepared for receiving ~6000 m2 offices. 3K has a long-term agreement with the owner of the building for making the fit-out works of the office areas according to the tenants’ requirements. Until now ~2.500 m2 of the 6000 m2 office area were put in rent by the building owner, the fit out works of these areas were done by our company.
